Conference Accommodation
Support Program

We’re committed to making the MRKH Canada Conference as accessible as possible for our community.

To help reduce financial barriers, we’re offering a limited number of one-night hotel stays for individuals and families attending the 2026 Conference in Toronto. This support is intended for members of the MRKH community who may not otherwise be able to attend due to the cost of travel and accommodation.

We understand that every situation is different, and we approach each application with care and respect. Our goal is to help create opportunities for connection, support and shared experience.

What does the program offer?

  • A paid, one-night stay in a standard hotel room during the conference weekend, within walking distance from the conference venue

  • Booking arranged directly by MRKH Canada

Who Can Apply

  • Individuals with MRKH

  • Parents, caregivers, or family members

  • Support persons attending the conference

How It Works

Applications will be reviewed based on factors such as financial need, travel distance, and overall impact. Due to limited availability, not all applicants will be selected.

Apply

Applications are now open and will be accepted until Sunday, August 2nd, 2026.

Accepted applicants will be notified by Monday, August 10, 2026.

If you’re unsure whether to apply, we encourage you to do so.

We’re here to support you.
