Living with MRKH can feel isolating — but you don’t have to navigate it alone. The MRKH Canada Virtual Support Group is a monthly, facilitator-led gathering designed to create a safe, inclusive, and empowering space for individuals with MRKH to connect, reflect, and heal together.
This group offers emotional support, education, and community for anyone living with MRKH, no matter where they are in their journey. Each month will focus on a specific theme related to the emotional, psychological, and identity-based experiences of MRKH, such as grief, shame, self-worth, womanhood, and mental health.
What to Expect
Each 60-minute session follows a supportive structure:
Welcome & Check-In – introductions and grounding
Educational Segment – a short presentation on the monthly theme
Facilitated Group Discussion – shared experiences and peer support
Resource Sharing – tools, readings, and helpful supports
Closing Reflection – guided meditation or affirmation
